Check plumbing coverage
in North Carolina.

Use cleanout location and the pattern of pressure changes to distinguish private plumbing work from Cary utility-system concerns.

For a Cary municipal-utility customer, the location of a sewer cleanout and the way water pressure changes can affect the next step. A fixture restriction, a private pressure-control issue, and a public line interruption are different investigations. Confirm the address's actual utility and drainage connection before applying the Town's guidance.

Local guidance applies within the supplier scope identified in the guide. Verify the utility on the property’s bill.
