Check plumbing coverage
in Florida.

Turn a GRU leak alert, service-line concern, or sewer-testing notice into the right private-plumbing investigation.

For a GRU-served Gainesville property, a leak alert, a wet yard, and a sewer-testing notice provide different evidence. Knowing which pipe or fixture needs attention helps keep a private repair separate from utility-owned equipment and public sewer work. Confirm the supplier on the water bill before applying GRU-specific guidance.

Local guidance applies within the supplier scope identified in the guide. Verify the utility on the property’s bill.
